Notice if you are a soft spring stream or a passionate ocean of waves. Know and accept that at the end of this meditation, you will be different... And so will the world.

Fire. "What is this life flowing in our bodies like fire? What is it? Life is like a hot iron. Ready to pour. Choose the mold and life will burn it." -Mahabharata

Love. Dig deeply into your heart chakra and ask what it longs for. What makes your heart happy? Connect with your own heart and with everyone else around you. We all want to feel loved and fulfilled.
